Thamma Box Office Collection Day 4: Ayushmann Khurrana & Rashmika Mandanna Film Holds Strong, Crosses ₹65 Crore Mark
Thamma Box Office Collection Day 4:
Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s latest horror-comedy Thamma continues its impressive run at the box office. Produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, the movie has successfully extended the studio’s horror-comedy universe, with strong audience word-of-mouth and positive critic reviews.
Box Office Performance
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Thamma opened with a stellar ₹24 crore on its first day, followed by ₹18.6 crore on day 2 and ₹13 crore on day 3. The film held firm on its first Friday (day 4), earning ₹9.55 crore despite being a working day.
With this, Thamma’s total domestic box office collection now stands at ₹65.15 crore, showcasing consistent momentum.
The film has already surpassed the domestic total of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari (₹60.35 crore) and is now targeting to cross the lifetime business of Bhediya (₹68.99 crore), another Maddock horror-comedy led by Varun Dhawan.
Ayushmann Khurrana’s Emotional Note
Expressing gratitude for the film’s success, Ayushmann Khurrana shared a heartfelt post on social media.
“This family has seen a lot in the last few years. The success of Thamma feels like a divine light — the result of collective prayers of the young and old. When Paresh ji said ‘आयुष्मान भव:’ in the film, it felt like my father, my guardian angel, was blessing me,” wrote the actor.

About the Film
Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, Thamma follows the story of a journalist who, after meeting a mysterious woman, transforms into a vampiric creature called Betal and must fight an ancient evil threatening humanity.
The movie also stars Paresh Rawal, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Faisal Malik, Geeta Agrawal Sharma, and Alexx O’Nell in pivotal roles, with special appearances by Nora Fatehi, Malaika Arora, Sathyaraj, and Abhishek Banerjee.
