Mumbai — Bollywood actors continue to make significant investments in Mumbai’s high-end real estate market, and the latest to join the list is Mirzapur fame Shweta Tripathi. The actress has reportedly acquired a luxury 3BHK flat worth approximately ₹3 crore in Chembur, one of the city’s most sought-after residential destinations.
According to property documents accessed by real estate data platform CRE Matrix, the apartment is located on the 9th floor of Supreme Boulevard, a premium development by Supreme Universal. The flat spans 938 sq ft (carpet area) and was officially registered on July 2, 2025.
Tripathi paid a stamp duty of ₹15 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000, records show.

Shweta Tripathi also appears to have taken advantage of the Maharashtra government’s stamp duty concession for female buyers, a policy aimed at encouraging homeownership among women. With a per square foot rate of around ₹32,000, the deal reflects the rising premium attached to prime locations like Chembur, especially within landmark developments like Supreme Boulevard.

Known for her breakout role as Gajgamini “Golu” Gupta in the hit Amazon Prime series Mirzapur, Tripathi is a graduate of NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology), where she studied Fashion Communication. Before stepping in front of the camera, she worked behind the scenes in production and television.
Her big screen breakthrough came with Neeraj Ghaywan’s critically acclaimed Masaan (2015), followed by impactful performances in films such as Haraamkhor, Gone Kesh, and Cargo. In 2025, Tripathi expanded her creative footprint by announcing her production debut, with a clear focus on bold and unconventional storytelling.
