Adding to the emotion, Farah chose the title track from Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna to accompany the post. She reflected on the experience of sending three children to college at the same time, writing, “If u thought moving ur kid to college was hard.. try doing it 3 times!”
She summed up the situation simply as “3 cities, 3 campuses.. 3 goodbyes! 3 pieces of my heart.”
Farah then encouraged her children to make the most of their new lives while reminding them that their parents’ home would always be waiting for them.
Her message ended on a warm and personal note, with a playful reference to husband Shirish Kunder, who, according to Farah, helped with everything except appearing in the family photographs.
