Ananya Panday brought sculptural glamour to a Piaget event on September 2, stepping out in a striking couture gown by Rahul Mishra and completing the look with statement accessories.
The actor opted for a fitted creation from Mishra’s ‘Devi’ collection, pairing its dramatic silhouette with a colourful Piaget watch and crystal-embellished leopard-print heels. The result was a sophisticated look with just enough playful detail to keep it from feeling predictable.

Ananya chose a deep brown, floor-length gown from Rahul Mishra’s ‘Devi’ collection.
The fitted design featured raised, curved detailing that travelled across the silhouette, beginning at the bodice before moving around the waist and hips. The three-dimensional lines created a sculptural, layered effect while adding definition to the otherwise streamlined gown.
A plunging neckline provided contrast to the gown’s full-length, covered silhouette. Around the waist, the curved embellishment converged into a knot-like detail before spreading into sweeping lines across the hips and skirt.
The fitted cut followed Ananya’s frame before narrowing into a long hem, giving the gown a sleek and elongated finish.
Her Piaget Watch Added a Burst of Colour
While the gown stayed within a deep, understated colour palette, Ananya introduced a vibrant element with her jewellery choice.
On her wrist was the Piaget Limelight Gala Precious Rainbow watch, featuring a colourful arrangement of gemstones around its curved case.
The timepiece is adorned with 32 brilliant-cut sapphires, five tsavorites, three rubies and two baguette-cut hessonite garnets. The gemstones create a graduated rainbow effect, moving through shades of blue, green, pink, red and yellow.
The colourful watch provided a striking contrast against the dark gown without overpowering its sculptural detailing.
Ananya Keeps Her Makeup Soft and Polished
For her beauty look, Ananya went with understated glamour that complemented rather than competed with the couture.
Her brows were neatly defined, while black eyeliner and softly smoked brown tones added definition to her eyes. A warm, luminous base, subtle cheek colour and a muted rosy-nude lip kept the overall makeup fresh.
The restrained beauty look allowed the gown and accessories to remain the focal points.
Voluminous Waves Complete the Look
Ananya wore her hair in a deep side part, with plenty of volume adding drama to the otherwise polished styling.
Loose, brushed-out waves framed her face and fell naturally around her shoulders, creating a softer counterpoint to the structured lines of the gown.
The combination of voluminous hair and minimalistic makeup gave the overall appearance a modern red-carpet finish.
Ananya’s Rs 1.5 Lakh Leopard-Print Heels
The actor finished the ensemble with René Caovilla Dalilah Animalier sandals, adding an unexpected dose of personality to the sophisticated look.
The leopard-print sandals feature slender straps embellished with sparkling crystals. Their animal-print finish introduced a playful contrast to the deep brown couture gown, while the embellished straps kept the footwear firmly within the luxury aesthetic.
The sandals are listed at approximately Rs 1.5 lakh, according to the brand’s website.
A Balance of Sculptural Couture and Playful Accessories
Ananya’s Piaget event appearance worked because the individual elements complemented rather than competed with one another.
The Rahul Mishra gown provided the architectural foundation, with its raised curves and fitted silhouette creating the strongest visual statement. The rainbow-hued Piaget watch brought colour to the look, while the leopard-print René Caovilla sandals added a more playful finishing touch.
Rather than layering the outfit with numerous accessories, Ananya allowed the couture detailing to remain the centrepiece and used her watch and shoes to add personality.
